英文道歉信日期格式
道歉信是要向對方陳述無法答應的所請所托的原因，對不愿為的事，可聲明自己的一貫主張，對不能為的請托，更應陳述理由，說明自己為什么不能為。以下是小編整理的英文道歉信日期格式，歡迎閱讀。
【英文道歉信日期格式】
英文日期分英式和美式,舉例如下:
1) 8th March,2004 或8 March,2004（英式）
2) March 8th,2004 或March 8,2004 （美式）
日期寫法宜遵從下列規則：
1)年份必須完全寫明，不可用"04代替2004;
2)月份必須用英文拼出或采用公認的簡寫，即 January (Jan.),February (Feb.),March(Mar.),April(Apr.),May,June,July,August (Aug.),September
(Sept.),October(Oct.),November(Nov.),December(Dec.);
3)日期可用序數詞，如：1st,2nd,3rd,4th,...；也可用基數詞，如：1，2，3，4，...。但美式大多采用后者；
4)在年份和月日之間必須用逗號隔開；
5)日期不可全部采用如7.12.2003或7/12/2003的阿拉伯數字書寫，否則會引起誤解。因為英美在這方面的習慣用法不同。按美國人習慣，上述日期為2003年7月12日，而按英國習慣則是2003年12月7日。
6th April,1978 是英式英文的寫法. April 6th, 1978 是美式英文的寫法.(注意:日子和月份中間沒有逗號.)

關于日期的寫法，應注意以下幾點：
①年份應完全寫出，不能簡寫。
②月份要用英文名稱，不要用數字代替。
③月份名稱多用公認的縮寫式。但 May, June, July, 因為較短，不可縮寫。
④寫日期時，可用基數詞1，2，3，4，5，……28，29，30，31等，也可用序數詞 lst, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, ……28th, 29th, 30th, 31lst等。但最好用基數詞，簡單明了。
日期可有下列幾種寫法：
① Oct. 20, 2004
② 10 May, 2004
③ 3rd June, 2004
④ Sept. 16th, 2004
按美國習慣, ①最為通用日期的寫法，月、日、年，月份用英文，日和年用阿拉伯數字。例如：2008年9月8日應寫成：Sep. 8, 2008 或 09/08/2008
日期格式：
英式日期格式：22nd,July,2009 或22,july,2009 格式為：日,月,年
美式日期格式：july 22nd,2009 或 july22,2009 格式為：月 日,年
中文日期格式：2009年7月22日
日，月，年是這樣的格式 1st, Jan., 2009(要兩個逗號了)，或者 01-01-2009（01/01/2009）
月，日，年是這樣的格式 Jan. 1st, 2009
1st, Jan., 2009和 Jan. 1st, 2009 讀法也不同：
1st, Jan.:First of January
Jan.1st:January the first
月份縮寫：
January 一月 Jan.
February 二月 Feb.
March 三月 Mar.
April 四月 Apr.
May 五月 May
June 六月 Jun.
July 七月 Jul.
August 八月 Aug.
September 九月 Sept.
October 十月 Oct.
November 十一月 Nov.
December 十二月 Dec.
注意五月和九月，五月份沒有縮寫所以后面不用加.號，九月是Sept四位或者Sep三位的縮寫都可以，其他的都取前三位。
日的縮寫表示法：
1st 2nd 3rd 4th5th 6th 7th 8th 9th 10th
11th 12th 13th14th 15th 16th 17th 18th 19th 20th
21st 22nd 23rd24th 25th 26th 27th 28th 29th 30th 31st
日的縮寫使用序數詞的表示方法，有規律的，以1,2,3結尾的數字比較特殊，分別以st,nd,rd表示，其他都用th表示。
星期的縮寫：
Monday 星期一 Mon.
Tuesday 星期二 Tues.
Wednesday 星期三 Wed.
Thursday 星期四 Thurs
Friday 星期五 Fri.
Saturday 星期六 Sat.
Sunday 星期天 Sun.
注意星期四縮寫是Thur.或Thurs
時間的表示格式：
通用的各國時間表示 小時:分:秒 AM/PM，如：7:06:28 AM
AM 上午 after midnight
PM 下午 prior to midnight
AM是0時-12時(包括0時)，PM是12時-0時(包括12時)
