　　我們都要過新年，新年是我一年中最快樂的事情，可以穿漂漂亮亮的新衣裳，還可以收到各種各樣的禮物，還可以買新年禮物。

　　We all want to celebrate the new year. The new year is the happiest thing of the year for me. I can wear beautiful new clothes, receive all kinds of gifts, and buy new year;s gifts.

　　以前過年，都是不會穿新衣裳的，還不會買新年禮物，也不會……，現在變化的太大了，過年的時候要換洗新衣裳，還有人來請客喝酒，還可以收到各種各樣的禮物，自己也可以買禮物，可是在現在的時代里，過去的很多很多的習俗都已經沒有了，只是這么簡簡單單的事情，穿新衣裳啊，買禮物啊，放鞭炮啊，到親戚朋友家去串門啊，吃餃子吃年糕的啊，就是這么個簡簡單單的事情，甚至有些地方都不讓放鞭炮了，現在都不需要一些過年的別的習俗都已經沒有了，這就是時代的變化，那些事情都與潮流，有些配不上了，我真想體會體會以前的過年習俗，也不會有這些麻麻煩煩，讓自己不開心的.事情，我覺得這些新的時代還不如以前的時代，整天都可以開開心心的，過那一些有趣的習俗，而不像現在，數來數去就那么幾個習俗，很容易就過完了，現在的習俗都是非常普通的習俗，哪能有過去那么多有趣的習俗來比較呢？真的是希望過去的那一些習俗，現在還是可以繼續過的，就算跟不上潮流，那也能讓我們開開心心的，讓我們小孩子，每一天快快樂樂的成長，那是多么的好啊！無論是過去的習俗還是現在的習俗，只要習俗能多一點兒，快樂多一點兒，就能過一個非常非常好的年。
