Last summer vacation,my family and I went to Qingdao by train.There was always sunshine and fresh air,which made us so comfortable.We went to the seaside,the sea was as blue as the sky,and bathing in the sunshine on the beach, was really an enjoyable thing.I also picked up a lot of colorful shells with my little sister.
There we bought many interesting souvenirs,I was planing to send them to my friends.We ate many tings there,such as fish,prawn,and so on.They are very delicious.
Then we lived in a clean and tidy hotel,and the price was not so expensive.I like Qingdao very much,and if I got a chance,I hope to come here again,it is such a beautiful and interesting place.

Laba celebrated on the eighth day of the last lunar month, referring to the traditional start of celebrations for the Chinese New Year. La in Chinese means the 12th lunar month and ba means eight.
Legends about the origin of th festivity abound. One holds that over 3,000 years ago sacrificial rites called La were held in the twelfth lunar month when people offered their preys to the gods of heaven and earth. The Chinese characters for prey and the twelfth month were interchangeable then, and ever since La has been used to refer to both.
Since the festival was held on the eighth day of the Last month, people later appended the number eight (ba in Chinese), giving us the current Laba .
The majority Han Chinese have long followed the tradition of eating Laba rice porridge on the Laba Festival. The date usually falls in mid-January.

Obviously， the school dormitory is cheaper。 And I think as a university student I can afford it。 But as each coin has two sides， the equipment isn’t very ideal。 If I live in the school dormitory， I cannot occupy the whole toilet。 That must be a terrible problem for a gift。 What’s more? I have to go to bed on time and get up on time next morning。
On the other hand， renting a flat near school may solve all these problems except for the expense。 It’ll cost me 800 RMB a month， and the price is considerably high for a no salary university student。 But it’s really attractive to live with few people and have my own space。
As mentioned above， I’ve made up my decision to live near school and rent a flat。 Though the price is high， maybe I can find another girl also finding somewhere to live。 And we can rent it together。 Thus reducing our expenses。
