　　A group of communications specialists recently investigated the percentage of the English population of the radio and TV from October to December of 1992. The findings were very interesting.

　　10% to 20% of the population listens to the radio in the morning,from 6 to 12:30 or 1 pm. Less than 10% watches TV. This may be explained by the fact that the English have long been used to, and still interested in, news of sports and economy, etc. From 1 pm to midnight, more people sit in front of the screen. The early evening hours may be called TV time for the country, because as many as 50% of the English nation (over 4 years of age) fixes their eyeballs on the boob tube. They switch from one show to another, for information or entertainment. The typical English needs for the theatre art can be satisfied only by TV — there are always plays shown from Shakespeare to Tennessee.

　　Today is the day of reunion of our elementary school class. We made an appointment a week ago that we would go back to our elementary school. About nine o’clock, we all got to the school gate. The guard asked what we are going to do, and we answered that we just want to walk around in the campus. He let us enter. I felt so familiar and warm when I entered the campus. Something has changed, but many are the same. We went to the classrooms we once stayed. There were many memories in them. I could clearly remember where my seat was. Life in primary school is relaxed and interesting. We had many time to have fun, and our classmates always played together. I miss the life in primary school every much, which is the most beautiful and unforgettable memories in my mind.

　　我的英文本子安靜的躺在木桌上，陽光映照在它方方正正的身體上，它已經“沉睡”了很久了，雖然幾乎要被我遺忘了，但在做英語作業時還是會不由自主的將它喚醒。

　　它總是一副悠閑自在的模樣，躺在桌上享受著陽光的沐浴。從正面看，它有一身紫紅色的光滑肌膚，側面看，便會發現它的側面皮膚可謂產生了嚴重的龜裂，甚至還帶有一點黑色的斑點，這明顯是歲月留下的痕跡，但在我看來，卻多了幾分美感。

　　英語本的表面曾經一度淪落為我涂鴉的大好天地，各種顏色的彩筆都在它的身體上留下了了個不相同的印跡，四周似是為了更加美觀而添上了一圈黑色花邊作裝飾，正面居中處大大標寫著“英語本”三個大字，上方還用一個黑圈框住三根蠟燭的圖案，但周圍顯然被傷害過了，但想必也給英語本帶來了幾分別樣的色彩。

　　它背面的左下方分明的印著“得力”二字，字的.下面則詳細的介紹了這個本子的情況，但他實在是太陳舊了，如果沒有商標的話，我認為它是一個三無產品也說奇不奇了，當然，現在有了，那就另當別論。

　　而它的內部自然也少不了涂鴉的身影，這個本子是我三年級時學英語時送的，里面呀記錄了我曾經奮發圖強，力求上進的樣子，里面的一筆一畫都顯得格外認真，也可以說是象征我成長的一個東西，畢竟過了兩年，很多東西都已物是人非了。

　　早晨，那個紫紅色的身影依舊安詳的躺在木桌上，依舊享受著陽光的沐浴，依舊用點滴的陳述來讓我憶起三年級時那段令人難忘的時光，但唯有不同的是它表面的涂鴉早已消失的一干二凈了……
