　　Nowadays, it is not strange to see a young people who become a mortgage slave, since Chinese people have made an agreement that get marry after buy a house. As we can see, the real estate advertisementis everywhere in the city. However, the real estate market strong impetus firstcame from the effective demand for the release of individuals.

　　現在看到年輕人變成房奴不奇怪，因為中國人一致認為結婚得買房。就像我們所見到的，城市里到處都是房地產廣告。然而，房地產市場如此火爆是受個人購房需求的增長影響的。

　　By storing most of their wealth in real estate, many Chinese households have become house price dependent. They dream about that they will have a happy family life after they have a house of their own, but as a matter of fact, a family like that has to repay the loan principal and interest with 40%-50% of disposable income or even higher proportion every year. Undoubtedly, it will affect the normal consumption, make family life quality drops, and even make people feel depression of slavery.

　　中國人因為把金錢都投入到房產中而變得拮據。他們夢想有了自己的房子之后生活就會很愉快，但是事實上，像這樣的家庭每年都要從可調動的資金里拿出40%-50%或者更高的錢去償還貸款本金和利息。毫無疑問的，這會影響正常的'消費，讓家庭生活質量下降，甚至讓人有奴役版的壓迫感。

　　Unlike the house slave, some young couple chose not to buy house formar riage, they rent an apartment, and use the rest money to enjoy life, likebuy something good for parents, take a trip when they like to. By contrast,their pressure is far smaller than house slave; they don’t have to worry about mortgage. In my point of view, I won’t become a house slave unless a have money to buy a house.

　　不像那些房奴，有些年輕夫婦就選擇結婚不買房，他們租公寓，然后用剩下的錢去享受生活，像給父母買些好東西，想去旅行的時候去旅行。與之相比，他們的壓力比房奴要小得很多，他們不用去擔心貸款。在我看來，我不想成為房奴，除非我有錢買房子。

　　To conclude, become a home mortgage slave is really stressful, why don’t we abandon the conception that “we don’t get marry unless we own a house”. Use the extra money to make your life more colorful?

　　總之，成為房奴壓力是相當大的，為什么我們不摒棄“不買房就不結婚”的觀念，用多余的錢讓自己的生活更出彩呢？

　　In China,there's a saying that "The landscape of Guilin tops that of any other place under heaven." In light of this,I will recommend Guilin as the first destination of my foreign friend's trip to China. Overlooking the Li Jiang River,Guilin is located in the northeast of Guangxi. The name was derived from the cassia trees of the location. The trees line the streets of the town with yellow flowers blossoming every September,filling the air with sweet scent. Guilin is a place of breath-taking scenery. From ancient times,Guilin has been noted for its elegant landscape. It features beautiful mountains,clear rivers,grotesque rocks and mystic crags,which is a feast for the eyes. Sitting on a bamboo raft drifting down the river,visitors can see the varied shapes of the pinnacles reflected in the water. They will feel as if they were in a scroll of Chinese landscape painting. I believe that my foreign friend will marvel at the unparalleled beauty of Guilin.

This will not help them lose weight since they usually gain back all of the pounds they lost because they havent permanently changed their habits. Whats worse, sometimes these extreme measures will affect the individuals health.

　　In my view, before one decides to lose weight, he first of all should make it clear whether he should or not lose weight. The best way to find out if you are at a healthy weight or if you need to lose or gain weight is to talk to a doctor or dietitian. He or she can compare your weight with healthy norms to help you set realistic goals. If it turns out that you would benefit from weight loss then you can follow a few of the simple suggestions which are widely accepted by weight reducing experts to get it started.
