　　為了活躍校園文化生活，營造良好的英語學習氛圍，為六年級書面表達題做好準備，以便著手開展培優輔導工作。我校舉行了六年級英語作文比賽，現將活動情況總結如下：

　　本次活動，六年級共有180名學生參加了比賽，50名同學進入了決賽，最后30名同學獲獎。經過充分的賽前準備，在學校領導的大力支持下，英語研修組進行了精心的組織和安排，無論是從試題的命制，還是監考，到最后的閱卷，總分，獎品的書寫方面，各個工作人員都能夠認真負責，使活動有條不紊得進行。可以說，這次活動舉行得很成功，通過作文比賽，使學生和教師共同了解了目前學生學習的狀況，通過尋找差距，激發了學生學習的興趣，也帶動了一大批英語學習愛好者迎頭趕上。

　　我們的寒假放假時間是從一月十六號截至到二月七日。我想每個人在這期間，都會去做很多的事。但是我沒有這樣。下面就讓我來給大家講講我的寒假發生的事吧。

　　我花了很長的時間來做作業…，在寒假這段時間里，我每天起的都很晚。然后呢，我聽錄音機(tape),轉眼到九點了。之后，我吃完早飯再花一整天的時間去做作業！其實我做的并不慢，只是家庭作業布置的太多了！

　　我在玩耍方面也顯得十分倒霉。在我玩爆竹的時候，傷著了我的.手指。我手拿著放爆竹的時候，太不小心了，所以顯得很是倒霉。

　　在我與朋友聚餐時也相當倒霉。早上，我是想著早點起，可是等我睡醒時已經是10：50.十分鐘后，聚會就要開始！于是我只吃了塊面包就徑直向朋友家跑去！在朋友家呆了很長的時間后，我回到家，我爸爸媽媽很生氣并且還大罵我一頓。

　　我很擔心我的體重，上學期，我體重是48KG，但是現在我已經漲到51KG了！我必須減肥了！

　　但是更為重要的是，我已經去過了上海海洋水族館，我非常期待去那，因為在那我可以看到馬、猴子……還有大海。現在我實現這個愿望了。這也是我這個寒假唯一的一個亮點。

　　在小學階段，教英語作文是一件很令人頭疼的事。學生們單詞量少，語法知識貧乏，硬讓學生強寫，是錯誤百出，甚至還有很多的中式英語，鬧出不少笑話。我分以下四個步驟來教作文，目前感覺效果不錯。

　　第一、仿寫句子。就是將句子中的關鍵詞用其它同類的單詞來代替。

　　第二、翻譯句子。將中文句子翻譯成相對應的英文句子。這是用來鍛煉學生的表達能力的。
