The Spring Festival 春節(jié)
Thereare many festivals in China. Among them, I like the Spring Festival most. Notonly because it’s the biggest festival in the year, but also because it’s a newbeginning that brings hope to people and it’s time for family gathering. Beforethe festival, people come home no matter where they are. Usually, we have a bigdinner on the New Year’s Eve. And then families sit together and share theirlives or planes. Some will play games or hang out to have some fun. On the NewYear’s Day, people get up early and say good words to anyone they meet. Childrencan get lucky money from relatives. In the following days, we will visitrelative’s home and bring New Year’s wishes to them. In short, it’s a time forfamily gathering and all of us enjoy it.
在我國，一年有很多節(jié)日，在這些節(jié)日中，我最喜歡春節(jié)。這不僅因為它是一年中最大的節(jié)日，更因為它是新一年的開始，給人們帶來新的希望，也因為它是親朋好友團聚的時刻。不管身在何方，人們總會在春節(jié)前回到家里準備過節(jié)。通常，我們會在除夕夜吃一頓豐盛的晚餐，之后家人團座一起，分享一年以來的生活以及新年計劃。有的人則會玩游戲或者出去玩。大年初一，人們通常會早起，會與見到的人說吉祥話。孩子們會得到壓歲錢。在接下來的幾天里，人們會帶上新年祝福互相串門拜年。總之，春節(jié)是一個歡聚一堂、供人享樂的日子。
