　　How to protect the environment.

　　Good environment can make people feel happy and fit . To improve the environment means to improve our life.

　　We should plant more trees and flowers around us . We shouldn’t cut them down . We should stop factories from pouring waste water into the river and waste gas into the air.

　　Whenever we see litter on the ground , we should pick it up and throw it into dusbins. Never spit in public. Don’t draw on public walls. It’s our duty to protect the environment.

　　Then we did some cleaning at home. at night when we were waiting for my grandfather, the bell rang and in came my mother. she smiled to us and said "april fools"!

　　這幾天我吃飯以后都會(huì)去向老師辦公室讀英語，晚上，向老師也會(huì)抽時(shí)間輔導(dǎo)我讀英語。就這樣，我慢慢會(huì)說了。

　　時(shí)間過得真快，英語口語競(jìng)賽就到了，我十分緊張，我看到其他小學(xué)的學(xué)生一點(diǎn)都不緊張，有的還在做游戲。我深深地吸了一口氣，自言自語地說：“別緊張，別緊張，緊張就說不好了�！�

　　比 賽正式開始了，先抽簽，從三年級(jí)開始抽，我抽到了三號(hào)，一號(hào)同學(xué)說完了，二號(hào)同學(xué)在說的時(shí)候，我不知怎么了，又開始緊張起來，我慢慢調(diào)整了自己的情緒，到 我上臺(tái)了，我流利并有感情地說完了,后面的題我自認(rèn)為說的還比較好。一晃眼，比賽結(jié)束了，開始公布成績，當(dāng)念到譚思源一等獎(jiǎng)的.時(shí)候，我真是不敢相 信自己的耳朵，上臺(tái)領(lǐng)獎(jiǎng)時(shí)，我高興得差點(diǎn)跌倒在地上。

　　我這次得了一等獎(jiǎng)，我要感謝向老師，是她輔導(dǎo)的我，不然我也不會(huì)有這么好的成績。
